1.Comprehensive Analysis of Project Conditions
The process starts with a detailed environmental assessment (flammable gases, dust level, temperature, and humidity), followed by owner approval of the initial design.
2.Engineering Design & Material Specification
Based on the owner’s initial feedback, detailed engineering drawings are being developed using the latest global software, along with carefully selected high-quality European components, fully compliant with ATEX standards. This stage forms the basis for the construction of our explosion-proof, dust-proof, and industrial elevators.
3.Fabrication and Assembly
Considering the extensive outsourcing process at MKS Company, most of the manufacturing stages are carried out in top-tier, fully equipped workshops (both domestic and international) under strict quality control measures. 4.Final Quality Inspection, Packaging, and Shipment
